Yoga Minis

I created these Yoga Mini sequences for everyone including beginners who don’t know where to start and instructors that need a little something different to add to their sequencing and everyone in between. I hear many people say they want to get into Yoga but they don’t have the time, money or flexibility. These are the most common excuses in a long list that I will not bore you with. But I think I have eliminated most of these excuses with Yoga Minis; they are short, creative, beginner friendly, free sequences that you can do individually or link together to create a longer sequence. You do not need to go anywhere or pay anything. So please check them out, have fun with them, listen to your body and your creativity. This is called Seated Sunrise, a quick, little sequence that can be taken seated or standing at any point in the day to help recenter you by linking breath with simple movements to increase joint mobility in the arms, open the chest and reset the posture.
