Jungle Yoga
Jungle Yoga Is a pre-recorded Elemental Yoga Series filmed at my home away from home, a.k.a. El Semillero - Wild Living Sanctuary of Puerto Rico. It is a donation-based offering, simply pay what you can and enjoy unlimited access to 5 PRE-RECORDED YOGA SESSIONS in a beautiful natural environment. All proceeds go directly to caretaking the rescue animals of El Semillero.
El Semillero, translates to seedbed, a place where seeds of change, hope, and connection are growing. Our mission at bel Semillero is to steward land that nourishes the souls, bodies, and minds of plants, animals, and humans alike. Our ethics are rooted in idea that we thrive when living in right relationship with nature.
