CREATIVE EXPRESSION SESSIONS

Available as either individual or group sessions designed to unlock and unleash creativity. I will guide you through creative expression exercises and you will leave with a work of art and a lighter spirit. Creative expression is a great form of alternative therapy or simply a fun night out.
