The Breath of Fire is often part of my morning practice because it is so uplifting and invigorating. It is a potent technique that my body really responds to. It builds heat and energizes the body/mind. I also like to practice this technique if I have an afternoon slump. Before a cup of coffee, tea or sugar I turn to Breath of Fire to give me a boost.
